- Those who are passionate about making a difference for a cause, with a proven experience in joining an organization or community
- Those who have a strong drive and ambition, with past record of achievement, academically or non-academically
- Those who are willing to be assigned to the unit and/or branch office according to the company’s requirements all around Indonesia.
