CRM Intern

• Implement and execute CRM plans for various marketing channels (email marketing, push notification, WhatsApp blast, in-app banner, etc)
• Analyze the performance and impact of CRM campaigns
• Help CRM Asst. Managers with developing CRM plans
• Think from a customer point of view of multiple target audiences
• Work with CRM Asst. Manager to prepare plans and deal with internal and external stakeholders

Qualification:

• Passionate in Digital Marketing (preferably in CRM, performance marketing, or product marketing)
• Final year student or graduate of any college Degree.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
