Project
GLYCO “It does what it says” campaign sem 2 2022 – Assisting Brand PM
- Glyco content performance monitoring, including data mining and regular update with team (Priority tracking on Tiktok, IG, Twitter (Priority organic content 1st, and coordinate with INCA and WM for paid content learnings) and Online Ecomm platform)
- Lead livestream content planning ( on Ecomm and Tiktok Platform) – working closely with PM and BDM team
- Consumer understanding through social listening, SPG insight and competitor analysis (Daily basis) and make recommendation of key action to be taken
HA EYE Launch Campaign 2022 – Assisting Brand PM
- HA Eye Serum content performance monitoring, including data mining and regular update with team (Priority tracking on Tiktok, IG, Twitter (Priority organic content 1st, and coordinate with INCA and WM for paid content learnings) and Online Ecomm platform)
- Lead HA Eye offline activation in store, eg 50 booth activation in drug store
- Glyco content performance monitoring, including data mining and regular update with team (Priority tracking on Tiktok, IG, Twitter (Priority organic content 1st, and coordinate with INCA and WM for paid content learnings) and Online Ecomm platform)

UV FLUID Rate & Review Launch Campaign 2022 – Assisting Brand PM
- UV Fluid content performance monitoring, including data mining and regular update with team (Priority tracking on Tiktok, IG, Twitter (Priority organic content 1st, and coordinate with INCA and WM for paid content learnings) and Online Ecomm platform)
- Glyco content performance monitoring, including data mining and regular update with team (Priority tracking on Tiktok, IG, Twitter (Priority organic content 1st, and coordinate with INCA and WM for paid content learnings) and Online Ecomm platform)

DEX Social Media Content Planning

Lead monthly content planning for SKIN for Official Platform (Tiktok) – work closely with PM, BDM and LL – Feed and Livestream (all key pillar GLYCO, HA and UVD)

Lead SKIN content planning and brief output for L’Oreal Paris Spokeperson Cinta Laura + Monitoring of implementation and content learning
Requirements
- Indonesian Nationality
- University Student – currently pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree without professional working experience (internships not included)
- Available for full-time internship for 6 months
- Proficient in English both verbal & written
- Has leadership experience and active in student organizations/ campus activity
- Possess good communication skills & positive working attitude
- Dynamic & creative, with high energy
- Superb analytical skills
- Takes initiative
