Responsibilities
- Collecting requirement documents for BPJS registration and termination.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory exit process of the terminated employee.
- Performs routine tasks required to manage interns and administration for employees. Prepare supporting data for monthly payroll (recap for the loan, etc).
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR Operation.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Detail-oriented
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and word
- Full-time internship
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
