Product Research Internship (Talent Pool)

Descriptions

• Helping Product Researchers to conduct the end-to-end research process
• Conduct usability testing for some features on the Ruangguru app
• Helping make research reports
• Recruiting research participants
• Collaborate with UX Researchers, UI/UX Designers, Product Teams, or Business teams to make the best deliverables both for users and the product.

Requirements

• Active university students or fresh graduates, preferably majoring in Psychology, Information System, Computer Science, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or Social Studies. But any major welcome to apply
• Love to meet and talk about new people and covering their stories, especially students/children
• Have good communication and analysis skills
• Have good critical thinking and systems thinking skills
• Have knowledge in UX/Human-Centered Design
• Have a basic understanding of the product research process
• Have experience in executing a product/design research project
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Having personal devices for work at least computer/laptops
